In 2010, the 18-hole University Club golf course underwent tremendous renovations in order to solidify its championship-level
appeal. The project began through the support of the LSU Golf program, the
Tiger Athletic Foundation and private donors. As a major contributor, Gary Young was honored with having the 18th Hole named after him. The newly
renovated course will host the NCAA Division 1 Regionals in 2013.
